摘要
以二甲基硅油和炭黑为主要原料制得炭黑型色浆,探讨了二甲基硅油的催化体系、摩尔质量分布、羟基含量等对色浆外观、细度、稠度、相对着色力、挥发分质量分数等性能的影响。结果表明,二甲基硅油的催化体系对色浆性能的影响较小;一次聚合二甲基硅油(摩尔质量分布较窄)制备的色浆稠度大、光亮度高;当二甲基硅油原料二甲基环硅氧烷混合物中水质量分数不超过41×10^(-6)时,制备的色浆性能较佳;羟基质量分数9.0%的低黏度羟基硅油用量(质量分数)不超过0.1%时,对色浆性能影响较小;由裂解料生产的硅油作分散剂时,色浆外观颜色不均、细度较大、光亮度灰暗、挥发分质量分数为1.25%。
The carbon black color paste is prepared with PDMS and carbon black as the main materials,and then the catalytic system,molar mass distribution,and Si—OH content of PDMS are discussed on the appearance,fineness,consistency,relative color strength and mass fraction of the low-boiling residues and other properties of the color paste.The result show that the catalytic system of PDMS has little effect on the performance of the color paste;the color paste prepared by the first polymerization of PDMS(with a narrow molar mass distribution)has a large consistency and high brightness.When the mass fraction of water in PDMS does not exceed 41×10^(-6),the prepared color paste has good performance.It had little effect on the color paste when the amount of low-viscosity PDMS with the mass fraction of 9.0%(mass fraction of hydroxyl)does not exceed 0.1%.When the silicone oil produced from the pyrolysis is used as dispersant,the color paste has uneven appearance,large fineness,grey brightness,and a volatile content of 1.25%.
