卤素水分仪快速测试端乙烯基硅油挥发分

摘要 采用卤素水分仪法快速测试端乙烯基硅油中的挥发分质量分数,并与烘箱法的测试结果进行对比。探讨了卤素水分仪终止条件、干燥温度和称样质量对测试结果的影响,并计算了卤素水分仪法的相对误差和标准偏差。结果表明,卤素水分仪法较佳的测试条件为:采用标准升温程序、终止条件50 s、干燥温度140℃、称样质量(1.000±0.050) g。适用的样品黏度范围为100~15 000 mm^(2)/s,上述黏度范围内样品挥发分质量分数测试结果的标准偏差小于0.03%,与烘箱法检测结果的相对误差不超过±5.00%,可满足生产中快速测试端乙烯基硅油挥发分的要求。 The halogen moisture meter was used to determine the mass fraction of volatiles in vinyl-terminated silicone oil.The results were compared with those of the oven method.The effects of halogen moisture meter termination condition,the drying temperature and the quality of the sample on the test results were discussed,and the relative error and standard deviation of halogen moisture meter method were calculated.The results show that the best test conditions for the halogen moisture meter method are as follows:in the standard heating procedure,terminating time is 50 s,drying temperature is 140℃,and sample weight is(1.000±0.050)g.The sample has the viscosity ranges from 100~15000 mm^(2)/s.The standard deviation of the volatile content is less than 0.03%in the sample,and the relative error of the sample and that with the oven method is not more than±5.00%,which meets the requirements of rapid determination of the volatile content in vinyl-terminated silicone oil.
