Taking advantage of location,the cultivated land was converted to forest to develop characteristic fruit planting industry with good benefits.Yanpu village in Qinzhou district makes use of resources and geographical advantages to convert cultivated land to forest for the development of large Cerasus avium planting industry,with an income of 150,000~225,000 yuan/hm^(2).Moreover,it promotes the development of leisure tourism and the smooth progress of the surrounding projects ofland retirement,with prominent ecological,economic and social benefits,forming a new model of land retirement.
