摘要
快慢车运营模式作为提升轨道交通运输效率的重要途径,在设计过程中充分论证其实施必要性及应用效果具有极其重要的意义及作用。以重庆市轨道交通27号线为例,结合线网规划、线路条件、客流特征等充分论证快慢车运营的必要性;综合能力折损、配线设置等确定越行方案;分析出行效率、车辆投资、土建追加及经济效益后,最终得出结论:重庆市轨道交通27号线宜按快慢车运营模式实施工程建设,运营期间视线路实际情况,推荐在平峰时段组织开行快慢车、高峰时段组织开行站站停列车。
Express/slow urban rail transit is an important mode to improve the efficiency of rail transit,and it important to fully demonstrate the necessity and effect of its implementation in the design process.With line 27 in Chongqing as an example,the necessity of express/slow transit is fully demonstrated by combining the planning,line conditions,characteristics of passenger flow,and other aspects.The program of overtaking is resolved by analyzing the capacity loss and wiring setting.With the comprehensive evaluation of travel efficiency,vehicle investment,project investment,and economic benefits,it is concluded that line 27 in Chongqing should be constructed according to the express/slow urban rail transit mode based on actual operation.The organization of express/slow trains and slow trains during peak hours has been summarized.
