派丽奥及Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果

Effect of root canal filling with Perio and Vitapex paste in the treatment of patients with periodontalendodontic combined lesions

目的分析派丽奥及Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗牙周牙髓联合病变患者的临床效果。方法58例牙周牙髓联合病变患者,按就诊次序分为对照组和实验组,各29例。对照组采用Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗,实验组采用派丽奥联合Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,牙周指标[出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]水平,炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率96.55%高于对照组的79.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的BI、PD、GI、PLI水平均低于本组治疗前,且实验组患者的BI、PD、GI、PLI水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的TNF-α、IL-1β、hs-CRP水平均低于本组治疗前,且实验组患者的TNF-α(6.57±1.02)ng/L、IL-1β(4.51±1.02)ng/L、hs-CRP(7.57±1.17)μg/L低于对照组的(7.30±1.13)ng/L、(5.02±0.11)ng/L、(8.43±1.25)μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙周牙髓联合病变患者的治疗中采取派丽奥和Vitapex糊剂根管充填联合治疗方式具有较好的效果,可在临床上广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of root canal filling with Perio and Vitapex paste in the treatment of patients with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions.Methods A total of 58 patients with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of visits,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received root canal filling with Vitapex paste,and the experimental group received root canal filling with Perio and Vitapex paste.The therapeutic effect,periodontal indexes[bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)]levels,and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.55%of the experimental group was higher than 79.31%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BI,PD,GI and PLI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of BI,PD,GI and PLI of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,hs-CRP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the TNF-α(6.57±1.02)ng/L,IL-1β(4.51±1.02)ng/L,hs-CRP(7.57±1.17)μg/L of the experimental group were lower than(7.30±1.13)ng/L,(5.02±0.11)ng/L,(8.43±1.25)μg/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal filling with Perio and Vitapex paste has a good effect on patients with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions,and can be widely promoted clinically.
