加味逐瘀止血汤联合穴位艾灸治疗气虚血瘀型月经不调的临床研究

Clinical study of modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion on menstrual disorder of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type

目的研究在气虚血瘀型月经不调治疗中使用加味逐瘀止血汤联合穴位艾灸治疗的临床治疗效果。方法100例气虚血瘀型月经不调患者,按治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规孕激素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药加味逐瘀止血汤联合穴位艾灸治疗。对比两组月经不调症状改善情况、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组月经量多、月经周期异常、经期持续时间异常改善率分别为88.00%、86.00%、92.00%,均高于对照组的64.00%、68.00%、68.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在气虚血瘀型月经不调治疗中使用加味逐瘀止血汤联合穴位艾灸,患者月经不调症状改善显著,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion on menstrual disorder of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type.Methods A total of 100 patients with menstrual disorder of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment regimens,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine progesterone,and the observation group was treated with modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion based on the control group.The improvement of menstrual disorder,clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement rate of menorrhagia,abnormal menstrual cycle and abnormal menstrual duration of the observation group were 88.00%,86.00%and 92.00%,which were all higher than 64.00%,68.00%and 68.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction and acupoint moxibustion shows remarkable clinical effect on menstrual disorder of Qideficiency and blood-stasis type,and the symptoms of menstrual disorder is significantly improved.
