中医内外治联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果以及对患者血清炎症因子的影响

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Internal and External Treatment on Children Bronchopneumonia and the Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨中医内外治联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果以及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取我院2018年2月—2019年2月确诊为小儿支气管肺炎的90例患者。按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,对照组加用中药外敷,观察组加用麻杏石甘汤联合中药外敷,两组均连续治疗7天。比较治疗前后两组患者的主症、次症积分水平,以及血清炎症因子指标水平,并评价疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的主症、次症积分水平、血清炎症因子指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率88.89%,显著高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05)。结论:中医内外治联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎,能够有效缓解患儿炎性反应,疗效确切,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with internal and external treatment on Children Bronchopneumonia and the effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:90 cases of pediatric Bronchial Pneumonia diagnosed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,and each group with 45 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group received external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the observation group received external application of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.Before and after treatment,the scores of primary and secondary diseases and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary diseases and serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.11%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in children with bronchial pneumonia can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of children,the effect is definite,worthy of application.
