分析近年来肠易激综合征的相关文献资料,中医学认为其病因主要为情志内伤与脾胃虚弱,病机主要是肝郁脾虚与脾肾阳虚,多以疏肝健脾、补脾温肾为法辨证论治;西医学认为其发病是精神、胃肠动力、内脏高敏感、感染等多种因素和多种发病机制共同作用的结果,采用解痉药、止泻药或通便药和益生菌等协同治疗。为减轻治疗副作用,达到最佳治疗效果,采取中西结合,开发多维度、立体式、综合性诊治体系是临床工作者的努力方向。
