勒克莱齐奥的非洲书写与文明协奏梦:许钧教授访谈录

Writing Africa and Le Clézio’s Dream of a Civilizational Concerto:An interview with Professor Xu Jun

在学术界日益关注非洲文学的背景下,法国作家勒克莱齐奥书写非洲的文学作品受到越来越广泛的关注。为推进对非洲文学的深入理解,应华中师范大学“外国文学与比较文学”青年学术创新团队邀请,国内翻译界著名学者许钧教授于2020年10月18日接受华中师范大学法语系王佳副教授采访,访谈围绕勒克莱齐奥文学作品中的童年回忆与非洲情结、个体的文化身份、弱势文明的生存困境三个方面展开。在访谈中,许钧教授不仅介绍了法国作家勒克莱齐奥先生特殊的非洲文化背景与童年经历对于其文学创作的重要影响,还深入阐释了作者所希望传递给读者的关于弱势文明如何在当今世界生存的思考,并以译者的身份强调了翻译对于文化交流、文明共融的重要意义。

In the context of the growing concern of African literature in the academic world,the French writer Le Clezio’s writing of Africa has received increasing attention.In order to promote an in-depth understanding of African literature,Professor Xu Jun,a well-known scholar in the domestic translation field,was interviewed on October 18,2020 by Wang Jia,an associate professor of the French Department and also a member of the Youth Academic Innovation Team on Foreign Literature and Comparative Literature of Central China Normal University.The interview centered on issues such as Le Clézio’s childhood memories and African complex,individual cultural identity,and the predicament of vulnerable civilizations in Le Clézio’s literary works.In the interview,Professor Xu Jun not only introduced the unique African cultural background and childhood experience of this French writer Le Clézio,but also shared his insights about the author’s views about the survival of weak civilizations in the contemporary world.As a translator,he also emphasized the importance of translation for cultural exchanges and the harmony between different civilizations.
