摘要
为了评估某市带有飞燕的中承式大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥目前的实际运营状态,验证大桥结构设计的可靠性及施工质量,通过对该桥运用有限元软件Midas建立模型,并根据结构受力最不利的原则选择控制断面、按内力等效的原则确定静力试验荷载,测得该桥主拱肋、钢纵梁、横梁、立柱在不同荷载工况下控制截面的应变、挠度值;吊杆在不同荷载工况下的索力,并与设计值进行校验分析,据此对大桥的工作状态、抗裂性能、吊杆的受力性能、主拱肋、钢纵梁、横梁的纵向抗弯刚度、强度、立柱的受力进行综合分析。结果表明:该桥的各项性能满足公路I级、城-A级汽车荷载的设计及使用要求,大桥处于良好的弹性工作状态。
In order to assess current operating condition of a fly swallow type concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with medium capacity and large span, and test the feasibility of the structural design and the construction quality, the finite element software, Midas, was used to establish the model of this bridge. And the control section and the static load were determined based on the principle of the most unfavorable structure and the principle of internal force equivalence respectively. Under different load conditions of this bridge, the strain and deflection of the control section of the main arch rib, steel longitudinal beam, transverse beam and column were measured. The cable force of the derrick was measured and compared with the design value. Based on these,the working state of the bridge and related properties were comprehensively analyzed. The results show that, each performance of this bridge can meet the design and utilization requirements of highway class Ⅰ and city class A vehicle loads, and the bridge is in a good elastic working state.
