“互联网+”嵌入式发展背景下高校创业服务体系建设的研究——以无锡高职院校为例

Research on the Construction of Entrepreneurship Service System of Colleges and Universities under the Background of “Internet+” Embedded Development——Taking Higher Vocational Colleges in Wuxi as an Example

大众创业、万众创新的重大改革举措是培育和催生经济社会发展新动力的必然选择,是扩大就业的根本举措,"互联网+"是创新2.0模式下的互联网发展的新业态,是互联网和社会资源的深度融合。文章介绍了"互联网+"嵌入式发展背景下无锡高职院校创业服务体系在创业教育、创业实践、创业政策方面的建设现状,存在的一系列问题,针对这些问题,学校、政府、企业三方都应该完善自身建设,高职院校要健全创业教育组织架构,完善创新创业课程体系,丰富创业实践活动,建立创业专项基金,深化创业孵化服务;政府要为大学生营造宽松良好的创业氛围,要切实落实大学生创业优惠扶持政策,要创办大学生专项创业孵化基地;企业要对创业服务体系建设给予资金、技术和人才的支持。

The significant reform measures of mass entrepreneurship and innovation are the inevitable choice to nurture and hasten the birth of a new force for driving economic and social development, and a fundamental measure to expand employment. "Internet +" is a new format of Internet development under the background of Innovation 2.0 mode and a deep integration of the Internet and social resources. This paper introduces the current situation and various problems of entrepreneurship service system in entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship practice, and entrepreneurship policy in higher vocational colleges in Wuxi under the background of "Internet +" embedded development. To solve these problems, schools, government and enterprises should improve their own construction.Higher vocational colleges should improve entrepreneurship education organization structure, perfect innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, rich entrepreneurial practice activities, establish a special fund for entrepreneurship, and deepen the business incubation service.The government should create a loose and favorable atmosphere, implement preferential support policies for college students to start their own businesses, and establish special business incubation bases for college students. Enterprises should provide financial, technical and talent support for the construction of the entrepreneurial service system.
