新商科背景下会展应用型人才培养模式研究

相对于理工科人才培养的历史和积累,商科类人才培养发展要晚一些。随着信息技术的不断革新,新商科建设助推着传统商科专业的转型升级。会展专业作为商科专业中的典型专业,在"互联网+"背景下亟需采用新商科建设的思想不断探索新的商业规律和人才培养模式。高校应把握新商科背景下会展应用型人才的典型特征,以深化专业综合改革为动力,人才培养采用"新目标、新内容、新方法",从人才培养模式、实战化课程体系、课程思政、四维课堂、师资队伍建设、创新创业等方面,构建面向新商科的会展应用型人才培养模式,做好人才培养顶层设计,缩短会展应用型人才培养与市场需求的距离。

With the continuous innovation of information technology, new business construction promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional business majors. Exhibition major, as a typical major in business major, is in urgent need to adopt the idea of new business construction under the background of "Internet +" to constantly explore new business rules and talent training mode. Colleges and universities should grasp the typical characteristics of applied talents of exhibition under the background of new business, by deepening the reform of professional comprehensive as power, talent cultivation using "new goal, new content, new method". From the talent training mode, practical curriculum system, ideological and political education of curriculum, four-dimensional classroom, faculty team construction, innovation and entrepreneurship and other aspects, to build the exhibition application-oriented talent training mode for new business, do a good job in talent training top-level design, and shorten the distance between exhibition application-oriented talent training and market demand.
