牛尾菜化学成分与药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Smilax riparia

目的对牛尾菜(Smilax riparia A.DC.)化学成分和药理活性的研究进展进行综述。方法查阅1992-2018年以来国内外相关文献25篇,对其进行分析和归纳总结。结果牛尾菜作为土家族常用的民间草药,除可治疗风湿关节痛、筋骨疼痛等症外,亦具有甾体皂苷、黄酮类、苯丙素类等化学成分和抗类风湿性关节炎、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、抗氧化、抗高尿酸血症等多种药理学活性,其嫩茎叶同时可作为蔬菜食用,营养价值较高。结论牛尾菜具有较高的经济和药用价值,具有广阔的研究前景,有待于经一步开发和研究。

Objective To review the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Smilax riparia A.DC.Methods Method A total of 25 relevant literatures at home and abroad since 1992-2018 were reviewed and analyzed and summarized.Results As a folk herbal medicine commonly used by the Tujia people,the Smilax riparia could treat rheumatoid arthralgia,bone and muscle pain,etc.It also had chemical components such as steroidal saponins,flavonoids and phenylpropanoids,which have various pharmacological activities like anti-rheumatic arthritis,anti-tumor,anti-diabetes,anti-oxidation and anti-hyperuricemia.Its tender stems and leaves could be used as vegetables with high nutritional values.Conclusion The Smilax riparia has high economic and medicinal value and has broad research prospects,which need to be further developed and studied.
