摘要
褪黑素不仅是一种微量、高效的多功能吲哚类激素,还是一种多效的生物信号。褪黑素在植物生长、种子萌发、果蔬成熟衰老、各种生物和非生物胁迫等方面的应用已被广泛报道。随着褪黑素在采后果蔬应用上的普及,越来越多的研究表明其在提高采后果蔬品质和抗病能力方面发挥着积极作用。本文对褪黑素的生物合成、在果蔬采后保鲜、抗病以及与其它抗病信号之间的关系进行了综述,以期为进一步解析褪黑素在果蔬采后抗病中的作用机制提供参考。
Melatonin(MT)is not only as a micro-dosage,high efficiency and multifunction indolic hormone,but also a pleiotropic biological signal.The application of melatonin in plant growth,seed germination,fruit and vegetable aging,resistance to various biotic and abiotic stresses has been widely reported.With the increasing applications of MT in postharvest fruits and vegetables,some studies have proved that melatonin plays positive roles to improve quality and disease resistance on postharvest fruits and vegetables.In this article,the roles of melatonin on postharvest preservation were reviewed,including the biosynthesis of melatonin,the effects on postharvest preservation and disease resistance and the relationship between melatonin and the defensive signal signaling,with the final aim of providing a reference clue on the active mechanism of MT in controlling postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables.
