Analysis and Solution on the Influence of Feeder Fault Protection to Voltage Building of Generator

馈线短路保护是调压器与互感器协作实现的一种保护功能。在起动发电机馈线短路时,互感器输出故障信号至调压器,调压器切断发电机激磁并使发电机退网。在AC312E型机科研试飞阶段,频繁发生起动后无法发电问题。根据机上故障现象,发现了供应商的设计缺陷,改进了馈线短路保护功能,进而提高了电源系统的可靠性。

Feeder fault protection is implemented with generator control unit and current transformers.If there is a shortcut on the starter-generator feeder,the transformers will provide a signal to the generator control unit.The generator control unit will de-energize the generator and disconnect it from the main bus.During AC312E flight test,a malfunction that the generator cannot generate after engine start happens frequently.Based on the malfunction phenomenon,find the design defect of supplier,improve the feeder fault protection,and increase the reliability of electric power system.
