干法高速分散配制三元掺锰体系正极浆料研究

摘要 将两种或两种以上正极材料粉体与溶剂按一定比例混合,再通过高速分散系统配制成浆料。研究干法高速分散配制浆料的基本性能,并与常规方法配制的浆料进行对比,结果表明,干法高速分散所配制浆料的一致性及稳定性都优于常规方法,且制作成电芯的整体性能也优于常规配制方法,大大缩短了浆料的配制时间,显著提升了生产效率。 Two or more kinds of cathode material powders are mixed with solvent in a certain proportion,and then the slurry is prepared by high-speed dispersion system.The basic properties of the slurry prepared by dry high-speed dispersion were studied and compared with the slurry prepared by conventional method.The results show that the slurry prepared by dry highspeed dispersion can be obviously improved compared with the slurry prepared by conventional method.The consistency and stability of the slurry are better than those prepared by conventional methods.Moreover,the overall performance of the fabricated cell is better than that of the conventional preparation method.At the same time,the preparation time of slurry was greatly shortened,and the production efficiency was significantly improved.
