摘要
为了达到规模化高产优质种植赤芍,从营养角度入手,通过单因素盆栽试验,确定影响赤芍产量和品质(芍药苷含量)的营养因素。结果表明:氮、磷、钾、有机质处理对赤芍产量的影响均呈先增加后降低趋势,氮2.0 g/kg、磷0.24 g/kg、钾0.6 g/kg及有机质15 g/kg土时分别达到高产量水平,影响效果大小依次为有机质>氮>磷>钾;干物质是产量形成的基础,有机质、氮、磷、钾对赤芍根干物质含量的影响呈线性正相关,系数分别为0.9690、0.9123、0.9020、0.7409;对芍药苷含量影响差别较大,趋势也不尽相同,影响效果大小依次为磷>有机质>氮>钾。综上所述,对赤芍产量和品质影响的关键养分因子为有机质、氮和磷。
In order to obtain high quality(paeoniflorin content)and yield of radix paeonia rubra planted large scale,the nutrition factors were studied with single factor pot experiment from the perspective of nutrition.The results showed that the effect of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and organic matter on the yield of radix paeonia rubra increased at first and then decreased.The yields reached the highest when we applied 2.0 g of nitrogen,0.24 g of phosphorus,0.6 g of potassium,and 15 g of organic matter every 1000 g of soil,respectively.The impact effect order was organic matter>nitrogen>phosphorus>potassium.Dry matter was the basis of plant yield formation.The effect of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on root dry matter content of radix paeonia rubra was linear positive correlation.The coefficients were 0.9690,0.9123,0.9020 and 0.7409.The influence on the paeoniflorin content was different,and the effects order was phosphorus>organic matter>nitrogen>potassium.The results indicated that nutritional factor affecting the yield and paeoniflorin content were organic matter,nitrogen and phosphorus.
