摘要
对陕钢铁前系统技术进步所遵循的理念及采取的措施进行了总结。认为:①焦炭质量管理的核心是对焦炭粒度的管理,诸多检验指标最后大多指向粒度变化和对粒度变化的影响程度,热态强度的本质是检验焦炭能否满足高炉软熔带对焦炭粒度的要求;②提高含铁炉料质量所采取的一切技术措施都应服务于冶金性能的提高,提高冶金性能是提高含铁炉料质量的最终目标,冶金性能指标的提升更为直接地促进了高炉技术经济指标的进步;③高炉温度场合理分布既是高炉调剂的依据,又是对调剂结果的检验。
Shaanxi Steel’s technical progress concept and practices adopted in the system upstream of blast furnace are summarized.It is believed:(1) the coke size management is fundamental for coke quality control because the variation of most of coke indictors known from analysis are related to the change of coke size,and the quality of the coke also varies in function of the coke size.Essentially,hot state strength of the coke determines if the coke size can meet the requirements of BF cohesive zone;(2) all the technical measures taken to improve the iron bearing burden quality should focus on the improvement of metallurgical property,the ultimate goal to improve the said burden quality.Furthermore,improvement of metallurgical property will directly promote the improvement of BF techno-economic indicators;(3) reasonable distribution of blast furnace temperature field not only functions as the basis for BF charging and blasting conditioning,but also functions for verifying the condition results.
