摘要
基于迁安地区气象条件,计算了不同月份的鼓风湿度。通过热量平衡,分析了鼓风湿度、鼓风湿度年周期变化、昼夜周期变化规律,以及鼓风湿度的变化对高炉冶炼的影响。结果表明:①高炉鼓风湿度越大,燃料比越高;②鼓风湿度呈现季节性和昼夜规律性变化,鼓风湿度夏季高达1&13 g/m^(3),冬季低至0.1.32g/m^(3);③1 g/m^(3)的鼓风湿度折合降低理论燃烧温度约5.821(考虑H_(2)的利用);④1的鼓风湿度对高炉的影响程度,随吨铁耗风量及CO利用率变化而相应地变化。
The humidity of blast in different months is calculated with respect to the local meteorological conditions of Qian’an,followed by analysis on blast humidity,its variation law in day/night time and in the whole year based on the heat balance concept,therefrom,the influence of blast humidity on blast furnace smelting are summarized:(1) the higher the blast humidity is,the higher the fuel rate is;(2) the blast humidity changes regularly in different seasons and day-night cycle,and can be as high as 18.13 g/m3 in summer and as low as 0.1.32 g/m3 in winter;(3) the conversion calculation shows that1 g/m3 more blast humidity will reduces the theoretical combustion temperature by about 5.82℃(with utilization of H2 considered);(4) the influence of 1 g/m3 blast humidity on the blast furnace is function of the blast consumption per ton of HM and the utilization rate of CO.
