航空领域金属材料军用标准现状分析及发展探讨

Analysis of the situation and development suggestions of military standards for metal materials in aviation field

分析了国内外航空领域金属材料军用标准现状,对比了国内外金属材料军用标准特点,并阐述我国航空领域金属材料军用标准体系存在差距。借鉴了国外金属材料标准体系,给出我国航空领域金属材料军用标准体系框架和标准项目编制原则的建议,并提出了加强国军标金属材料标准动态维护机制和实施效果评价机制。

The current situation of military standards for metal materials in av iation field at home and abroad was analyzed in this paper.The characteristics of military standards for metal materials at home and abroad were also compared.The gap between China and abroad in military standard system for metal materials in aviation field was expounded.Based on the reference of foreign standard system in metal materials,the system framework of military standard in metal materials and the compilation principle of standard projects in China were suggested.And the dynamic maintenance mechanism and implementation efect evaluation mechanism of national military standard in metal materials were put forward.
