摘要
通过研究应用钢水成分精准控制、精炼渣系控制、全程智能底吹氩工艺控制模型、开发智能化的中间包烘烤模型、倒角结晶器振幅控制、非连续式正反向结晶器电磁搅拌等集成控制技术,有效解决了夹杂物含量高和铸坯表面缺陷造成的轧材缺陷问题,实现连铸坯质量本质化稳定,而且生产成本和工序能耗得到有效降低。
Through research and application of steel and water composition precise control,refining slag system control,the whole itelligent botton blow Integrated control techniqpes such as the control model of the argon process.the development of intelligent intermediate bag baking model,the amplitude control of the angled erystallizer,and the ectromagnetic stirring of the non-continuous positive and reverse crystallizer efctively solve the problem of rolling defects caused by the high content of the mixture and the defects of the cast blank surface.The quality of cast blanks is esentially stable.and the production cost and process energy consumption are effectively reduced.
