活性炭/活性焦协同脱硫脱硝技术应用现状

摘要 面对钢铁行业超低排放的政策要求,烧结烟气多污染物协同控制技术是目前的研究热点。本文介绍了活性炭/活性焦法协同脱硫脱硝技术的技术原理,列举了该技术在4个钢厂的实际工程案例应用情况和成本对比分析。活性炭/活性焦协同脱硫脱硝技术在实际应用中可以同时脱硫脱硝,节省设备空间,产生副产品浓硫酸有较高的经济和利用价值,是成熟的烧结烟气多污染物协同控制技术。 Facing the policy requirements of ultra-low emission in iron and steel industry,collaborative control technology of multi--pollutants in sintering fume is a hot research topic at present.In this paper,the technical principle of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of activated carbon and activated coke is introduced,and the application and cost comparison of this technology in 4 steel mills are listed.Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of activated carbon and activated coke can simultaneously desulfurize and denitrify,save equipment space,produce by-product concentrated sulfurie acid with high economie and utiliation value,and is a mature industrial co-control technology for multi-pollutants in sintering fume.
