京津冀学校体育现代化建设评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System of School Sports Modernization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

采用专家访谈法、特尔菲法和层次分析法等研究方法,构建京津冀学校体育现代化建设评价指标体系,旨在为京津冀体育协同发展和学校体育现代化建设提供参考和依据。主要观点如下:(1)京津冀学校体育现代化建设评价指标体系构建的原则包括区域协同发展原则、可持续化原则、以人为本原则、多元化原则、动态与静态相结合原则;(2)评价指标体系由学生体质健康促进、学校体育理念现代化、体育课程建设现代化、体育教师专业发展现代化和体育场馆设施建设5个一级指标、13个二级指标和35个三级指标构成;(3)本研究构建的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和有效性。既可用于评价京津冀学校体育现代化建设的整体情况,也可用于评价不同地区、不同学校或不同方面的建设情况。

This paper uses expert interviews,Delphi method and Analysis Hierarchy Process,and constructs evaluation index system of school sports modernization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,aiming to provide references for promoting the coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and school sports modernization.The results are as follows.Firstly,the principles of construction mainly include regional coordinated development,sustainability,people-oriented development,diversification and dynamic and static principles.Secondly,the evaluation index system is composed of 5 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 35 thirdlevel indicators.The first-level indicators include students’physical health promotion,schools’physical education ideology,physical education course construction modernization,physical education teachers major development modernization and sports venue facility construction.Lastly,the evaluation index system constructed in this study is scientific and effective to a certain extent.It can be used to evaluate not only the overall situation of physical education modernization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei schools,but also specific situations in different regions,schools or aspects.
