摘要
目的:探究不同运动项目干预对甲卡西酮戒断者健康水平和神经生物学机能的影响。方法:将符合筛查标准的150名甲卡西酮戒断者随机分为对照组和运动组。对照组参加常规的戒毒矫治活动;运动组在此基础上进行24周的运动干预,干预项目分别为健美操、体适能、篮球和太极拳,每组30人。在运动干预前后分别对受试者体成分和生理机能水平进行检测,同时静脉取血采用ELISA试剂盒检测血清皮质醇、5-羟色胺和BDNF含量。结果:(1)与对照组相比,运动组体重和体脂肪量显著下降(P<0.05),血乳酸、健康评分和5-羟色胺含量显著增加(P<0.01)。(2)与各自运动干预前相比,24周后篮球组和体适能组体重显著下降(P<0.01);所有运动干预组体脂肪量均显著下降且5-羟色胺含量显著增加(P<0.01);篮球组、体适能组和太极拳组蛋白质含量显著增加(P<0.01);篮球组、健美操组和太极拳组无机盐含量均显著增加且BMI比值显著下降(P<0.01);篮球组血乳酸水平显著增加(P<0.05);健美操组5-羟色胺含量较运动前增加最显著,是运动前的20.82倍;篮球组健康评分提升幅度最高,高达12.08%。(3)运动干预后,健美操组无机盐含量显著高于太极拳组(P<0.01),其他指标组间比较均无显著性差异。结论:24周的运动干预可以显著改善甲卡西酮戒断者的健康水平,提高神经生物学机能,促进身心康复;篮球运动干预提高甲卡西酮戒断者健康水平的效果最好,而健美操改善神经生物学机能的效果最佳。
To explore the effects of different exercise interventions on the health level and neurobiological function of methcathinone abstainers,150 methcathione abstainers who met the screening criteria were randomly divided into a control group and an exercise group.The control group participated in regular drug treatment and correction activities.The exercise group performed 24 weeks of exercise intervention on this basis.The intervention items were aerobics,fitness,basketball and taijiquan,with 30 people in each group.Before and after exercise intervention,the body composition and physiology of the subjects were tested.At the same time,the blood was taken intravenously to detect the content of serum cortisol,serotonin and BDNF with ELISA kits.It is found,firstly,compared with the control group,the body weight and body fat of the exercise group decreased significantly(P<0.05);blood lactic acid,health score and serotonin content increased significantly(P<0.01).Secondly,compared with that before each exercise intervention,after 24 weeks,the body weight of the basketball group and fitness group decreased significantly(P<0.01);the body fat of all exercise intervention groups decreased significantly and the serotonin content increased significantly(P<0.01);the protein content of the basketball group,fitness group and taijiquan group increased significantly(P<0.01);the inorganic salt content of the basketball group,aerobics group and taijiquan group increased significantly and BMI decreased significantly(P<0.01);the blood lactate level in the basketball group increased significantly(P<0.05).The serotonin content of the aerobics group increased most significantly compared with that before exercise,which was 20.82 times before exercise;the basketball group had the highest increase in health score,up to 12.08%.Lastly,after exercise intervention,the inorganic salt content in the aerobics group was significantly higher than that in the taijiquan group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the other index groups.It is concluded that 24 weeks of exercise intervention can significantly improve the health level of methcathinone abstainers,improve neurobiological function,and promote physical and mental recovery.Among them,basketball sports have the best effect on improving the health level of methcathinone abstainers,while aerobics has the best effect on improving neurobiological function.
