急诊危重患者院内转运质量评价指标的构建 被引量:19

Construction of a quality evaluation index for intra-hospital transport of emergency critically ill patients

摘要 目的构建急诊危重患者院内转运质量评价指标,用于指导临床实践,科学评价急诊危重患者院内转运质量。方法以"结构-过程-结果"三维结构理论为指导,采用文献分析法、半结构访谈法、德尔菲专家函询法和层次分析法,筛选指标并确定指标的权重,构建急诊危重患者院内转运质量评价指标。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为90%(18/20)和100%(18/18),专家权威程度系数为0.903,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数为0.243。最终确定的评价指标包括一级指标3个,二级指标13个,三级指标60个。结论形成的评价指标科学、可靠、合理、内容全面、临床实用性强,可对急诊危重患者院内转运全过程进行连续性科学评价。 Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for intra-hospital transport of emergency critically ill patients,so as to guide clinical practice and scientifically evaluate the quality of intra-hospital transport of emergency critically ill patients. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome theory,the indicator definition and weight were identified and the quality evaluation index was constructed by literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi method and Hierarchy analysis. Results The effective recovery rates of questionnaires in the first and second round expert consultation were 90%(18/20) and 100%(18/18),respectively. The expert authority coefficient was 0.903,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.243. The finalized evaluation index included 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 60 third-level indicators. Conclusion The constructed evaluation index is scientific,reliable,reasonable,comprehensive,and clinically practical. It can provide continuous scientific evaluation for intra-hospital transport of emergency critically ill patients.
