The three major global cultural crises broke out in a century of unprecedented changes. The first is the crisis of global cultural nihilism, which is manifested both in the failure of faith and belief at the level of nationalgovernance and in the decline of the credibility of universal civilization at the level of global governance. The second is the crisis of globalcultural radicalism, which is reflected in both populist social revolutions at the level of social governance and deformed party revolutions at thelevel of political party governance. The third is the crisis of global cultural conservatism, which is seen both in the difficulties of creativetransformation and in the slow process of innovative development. The paradigm of strengthening the foundation and casting the soul breaks thecrisis of cultural nihilism, the paradigm of strengthening the Party and the state decodes the crisis of cultural radicalism, and the paradigm ofmutual appreciation of civilisations disintegrates the crisis of cultural conservatism.
