摘要
为了筛选适合东北地区种植的高产优质羊草新品种,试验以5个羊草新品系(LC005、LC010、LC011、LC013、LC016)、2个审定品种(农菁4号、农菁11号)为研究对象,对其抽穗期营养枝叶片进行叶绿素、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度光合指标测定分析。结果表明:7个羊草新品种(品系)中LC013新品系叶绿素含量最高(1438.4 mg/m2);各品种(品系)净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度日变化曲线均为单峰曲线,并在11:00—13:00达到峰值,LC013羊草新品系的峰值均高于其他品系,其值分别为20.22,8.49,0.344μmol/(m2·s),其次为LC011羊草新品系;7个羊草新品种(品系)胞间CO2浓度与净光合速率、气孔导度均呈现先下降后上升的趋势。说明LC013和LC011这两个新品系与其他羊草相比,在光合特性方面均占有明显优势,具有培育的潜力,可作为重点选育对象进行下一步试验。
In order to screen new varieties of Leymus chinensis suitable for cultivation in northeast China with high yield and high quality,in this study,5 new Leymus chinensis varieties(LC005、LC010、LC011、LC013、LC016)and 2 Leymus chinensis strains(Nongjing No.4、Nongjing No.11)were selected as the research objects.The chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of vegetative shoots at heading stage were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of LC013 new strain was the highest(1438.4 mg/m2)among the 7 new varietiies(strains)of Leymus chinensis.The curves of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance degree of each varieties(strains)showed unimodal curves.Each varieties(strains)reached the peak value from 11:00—13:00.The peak values of photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of LC013 new Leymuschinensis strains(20.22μmol/(m2·s),8.49μmol/(m2·s)and 0.344μmol/(m2·s),respectively)were higher than those of other strains.The second was LC011 new strain of Leymus chinensis.The intercellular CO2 concentration,net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of 7 new varieties(strains)of Leymus chinensis,which showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.These results indicated that the two new strains LC013 and LC011 had obvious advantages in photosynthetic characteristics compared with other Leymus chinensis,and had the potential to breed new varieties of Leymus chinensis,which could be used as key breeding object for further experiments.
