3种不同中草药组方对白血病武定鸡的治疗效果研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of three different Chinese herbal formulas on Wuding chicken infected with leukemia

为了探究3种不同中草药组方对禽白血病的治疗效果,试验将体重相近的白血病武定鸡分为4组,每组50只(公母各半),A组为对照组(饲喂全价配合饲料),不添加中草药;B、C、D组分别在全价配合饲料中按1%添加中草药组方一、二、三。3月龄开始分组饲喂,每天3次。于4,5,6月龄时进行生长性能指标(活重、日增重、料重比)和屠宰性能指标(屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腹脂率、胸肌率、腿肌率)及白血病病毒抑制作用指标(成活率、死亡率、转阴率)的测定及统计。结果表明:饲喂中草药后,武定鸡活重除4月龄D组与A组差异不显著外(P>0.05),其余均显著高于A组(P<0.05);料重比B、C、D组较A组均显著降低(P<0.05);B、C、D组日增重均显著高于A组(P<0.05);除B、C组腹脂率显著低于A组外(P<0.05),B、C、D组其余屠宰性能指标均显著高于A组(P<0.05);B、C、D组的成活率和转阴率均显著高于A组(P<0.05),死亡率均显著低于A组(P<0.05)。说明添加中草药对白血病武定鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和病毒抑制均起到了积极的作用,且组方三效果较好。

In order to explore the therapeutic effect of 3 different Chinese herbal formulas on avian leukemia,the experiment divided the leukemia-infected Wuding chickens with similar weights into 4 groups;50 per each group(male and female half).Group A was the test control group(fed with full-price compound feed)without adding Chinese herbal medicine;groups B,C,and D were fed with full-price compound feed adding Chinese herbal formulas NO.1,2,3 at 1%in concentration,respectively.Group feeding started at 3 months old,3 times a day.At 4,5,and 6 months of age,measurement and statistics of growth performance indicators(live weight,daily gain,feed-to-weight ratio),slaughter performance indicators(slaughter rate,half evisceration rate,full evisceration rate,abdominal fat rate,breast muscle rate,leg muscle rate),and Avian leukemia virus inhibitory indicators(survival rate,mortality rate,negative rate)were carried out.The results showed that after feeding Chinese herbal medicine,the live weights of Wuding chickens of other groups were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05),except that there was no significant difference between group D and group A at the age of 4 months(P>0.05).The material-to-weight ratios of groups B,C,and D were significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The daily weight gains in groups B,C,and D were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Except that the abdominal fat rate of groups B and C was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05),the other slaughter performance indexes of groups B,C,and D were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The survival rate and conversion rate of groups B,C,D were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05),and the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The results suggested that the addition of Chinese herbal medicine had a positive effect on the growth performance,slaughter performance and virus inhibition of leukemia-infected Wuding chicken,and the formulas NO.3 had good effect.
