中草药添加剂“乳佳”对母兔泌乳性能的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine additive“rujia”on lactation performance of female rabbits

为了探讨母兔日粮中添加中草药添加剂"乳佳"对母兔日泌乳量、平均日增重及仔兔平均日增重的影响,试验选用成年健康经产伊普吕母兔30只,随机分为5组,每组6只,试验组母兔的日粮中分别添加5,10,15,20 g中草药添加剂"乳佳",对照组只饲喂基础日粮,测定各组母兔日泌乳量、平均日增重及仔兔平均日增重。结果表明:5 g和10 g组与对照组相比,在哺乳期第7~9天,母兔日泌乳量均极显著增加(P<0.01);仔兔平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05);母兔平均日增重有增加趋势,但各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在母兔日粮中添加5~10 g中草药添加剂"乳佳"可以达到明显增加母兔日泌乳量的目的;而随着母兔日泌乳量的增加,仔兔平均日增重也随之增加。

To investigate the effects of adding Chinese herbal medicine additives to female rabbit feed on female rabbits’diurnal milk production,daily gain and daily gain of young rabbits,30 adult healthy female Iplu rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups.There were 6 animals in each group.The animals in the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 5,10,15,and 20 g of Chinese herbal medicine additive"Rujia".The animals in the control group were fed basal diet.dirunal milk production and daily gain of female rabbits and daily gain of young rabbits were detected.The results showed that the average diurnal milk production of female rabbits in 5 g and 10 g groups were significantly increased on the 7 th to 9 th day of lactation(P<0.01),the average daily gain of the young rabbits was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the daily gain of female rabbits had an increasing trend,but each significant difference between groups(P>0.05)compared with the control group.The experimental results indicated that adding 5-10 g of Chinese herbal medicine additive"Rujia"to the female rabbit’s diet could significantly increase the milk production of female rabbit.Moreover,the average daily gain of young rabbits was significantly increased with the increase of daily lactation of female rabbits.
