摘要
为了研究水牛黄体发育与溶解过程,试验采用促性腺激素释放激素结合氯前列烯醇法对乏情期水牛进行了同期发情处理,比较同期发情与自然发情状态下水牛黄体溶解时间、黄体最大直径和血液中促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P4)、雌二醇(E2)、免疫抑制素(INH)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的差异,并对所有水牛的黄体最大直径和6种激素水平进行了偏相关分析。结果表明:同期发情组黄体溶解时间短于自然发情组,差异极显著(P<0.01);黄体最大直径两组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);同期发情组血液中INH水平平均值显著低于自然发情组(P<0.05),P4水平显著高于自然发情组(P<0.05),6种激素水平均与黄体最大直径不显著相关(P>0.05)。说明INH可能与水牛乏情期不发情、静默发情有关,但该激素可能并不直接调控水牛黄体发育与溶解。
In order to study the development and dissolution process of corpus luteum of buffaloes, the female water buffaloes in the anestrus phase were treated estrus synchronization by GnRH+PG joint injection. The differences in the dissolution time and the maximum diameter of corpus luteum and the levels of blood follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), progesterone(P4), estradiol(E2), immunoinhibin(INH) and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) were compared in buffaloes between simultaneous estrus and natural estrus. The maximum diameter of corpus luteum and the levels of 6 hormones in all buffaloes were analyzed by partial correlation. The results showed that the dissolution time of corpus luteum in the synchronization group was significantly shorter than that in the natural group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the maximum diameter of corpus luteum between the two groups(P>0.05). The mean level of INH in synchronization group were significantly lower than that in natural groups(P<0.05), but the mean lever of P4 was significantly higher than that in natural estrus group(P<0.05). The levels of 6 hormones were not correlated with the maximum diameter of corpus luteum(P>0.05). The results indicates that INH hormones might be related to the absence of estrus and silent estrus in buffalo, but might not directly regulate luteal development and ablation.
