摘要 高校历史建筑的保护与优化在传承高校历史文脉、保护建筑历史文脉的同时,将舒适的建筑内部环境提供给使用者,对其可持续发展有重要作用。基于BIM技术的模拟与可视化特征,针对河北工业大学历史建筑保护与优化过程中的物理环境进行优化策略研究,对校园内历史建筑的风环境、热环境、光环境等要素进行模拟分析,针对河北工业大学历史建筑物理环境现状提出相应的优化策略,为其他高校历史建筑物理环境的评估与优化提供有价值的参考。 The protection and optimization of historical buildings in colleges and universities not only need to inherits the historical context of colleges and universities and protects the historical context of buildings, but also should provide comfortable internal environment for users, which is an important part of its sustainable development. Based on the simulation and visualization characteristics of BIM Technology, this study focuses on the optimization policy of the physical environment in the process of historical building protection and optimization of Hebei University of Technology, and simulates and analyzes the historical building light environment, thermal environment, wind environment and other elements, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies according to the current situation of the physical environment of historical buildings in Hebei University of Technology, providing valuable reference for its subsequent evaluation and optimization.
