摘要
分析了现浇剪力墙结构和装配式剪力墙结构组成的装配式高层住宅。预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板是装配式高层住宅外围护结构的重要构件,对预制夹心保温墙体的基本构造、保温层厚度设计及保温形式进行分析,使用PTemp软件对预制墙体和现浇墙体的L形墙角热桥部位的二维温度场分布以及热桥的影响程度进行了模拟。结果表明,此栋建筑的预制墙体保温形式的保温效果稍弱于现浇墙体的外保温形式,但达到了建筑节能设计标准的要求,确定了调研项目中的预制墙体的保温形式可以推广到其他装配式高层住宅中,并通过模型的建立得出了预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板适宜的保温层厚度以及传热系数,为寒冷地区装配式高层住宅的节能设计提供了一定的参考。
This study takes the prefabricated high-rise residential building composed of cast-in-place and prefabricated shear wall structure as an example. The prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation exterior wall panel is an essential component of the prefabricated high-rise residential building envelope. The basic structure, insulation layer thickness design and insulation form of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall were analyzed. The PTemp software was utilized for the simulations of the two-dimensional temperature field distribution and the thermal bridge influence, in terms of the L-shaped corner of both prefabricated and cast-in-place wall. The results show that the prefabricated insulation wall of this building has a slightly weaker thermal insulation effect than that of the cast-in-place external insulation wall. But they all meet the requirements of the building energy-saving design standard. It is also determined that the prefabricated wall thermal insulation form in the research project can be extended and applied to other prefabricated high-rise residential buildings. And through the establishment of the model, the appropriate thickness and heat transfer coefficient of the thermal insulation layer of the prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation outer wall panel calculated to provide a reference for the energy-saving design of the prefabricated high-rise residential buildings in cold areas.
