浅析墙体节能工程常用保温材料及相关材料的复验所需样品

Samples Needed for the Reinspection of Common Insulation Materials and Related Materials for Energy-saving Wall Engineering

墙体节能工程所用的建筑保温材料在进场之前除了需要提供相关的产品型式检验报告,还需要进行材料进场复验。在复验过程中,委托人对于所送材料适用的检测标准、检测项目、复验样品的要求存在不甚了解情况,由此可能造成复验过程历时长,甚至产生一些不必要的反复送检情况,浪费时间和复检费用。着重介绍了目前墙体节能工程所涉及的部分保温材料在复验过程中,适用检测标准、检测项目选择,复验样品有何要求,解决委托人在委托过程中可能遇到的难题。

The building insulation materials used in the energy-saving wall projects need to be re-inspected before entering the site, additionally providing relevant product type inspection reports. However, in the process of inspection, the requirements of the re-inspection personnel for the applicable test standards and the limited understanding of testing items and samples may lead to a longer time of inspection. This may even lead to unnecessary resend samples or waste the time and money. This paper focuses on the application of testing standards, selection of testing items, requirements of samples, and solutions to the problems that may be encountered in the process of testing.
