推拿手法治疗踝扭伤的生物力学原理分析 被引量:2

摘要 踝扭伤是临床最常见运动损伤之一,其并发症及后遗症给患者造成诸多不便。推拿手法治疗踝扭伤的优势突出,其生物力学研究具有重要的临床及理论意义。踝扭伤常见的踝关节错位及其周围软组织的挛缩粘连等病变,是踝关节功能受限的主要原因。临床主要采用正骨复位、松解筋膜、强化力量等推拿手法辨证施治。结合踝部的解剖结构、力学要素及病理特性,分析推拿手法在踝扭伤的诊疗中运用的生物力学原理,为临床提供参考。 Ankle sprain is one of the most common sports injuries in clinic,and its complications and sequelae bring many inconveniences to patients.Manipulation has outstanding advantages in the treatment of ankle sprains,and its biomechanical research has important clinical and theoretical significance.Common tissue lesions of ankle sprain,such as ankle dislocation and contracture adhesions of the surrounding soft tissue,are the main reasons for ankle joint function limitation.Clinically,it adopts manipulation methods such as bone setting,fascia relaxation,strength increasing and other manipulations.Combining the anatomical structure,pathological characteristics and mechanical elements of the ankle,analyze the biomechanics principles of manipulation in the diagnosis and treatment,To provide reference for clinical practice.
