甘肃省景泰川电力提灌灌区耗水系数监测试验研究

摘要 景电扬水灌区是黄河流域提水高程最大的灌区,扬水有计量和测验,包括支渠斗渠都有计量,但灌区回归没有计量。经过本工作选定3处退水沟渠进行了断面设置,自计水位计量,巴歇尔量水堰,并进行了实测比测,通过一年多的工作,扣除灌区的降雨与城市工业退水等因素,进行了退水量统计,进而计算出灌区的耗水系数。经监测分析,2016年景电灌区一、二期工程总引水量共计45967.2万m^(3),3处退水量共计3105.9万m^(3),明渠耗水系数计算为0.932。退水量中扣除降雨径流与城市排水为331.3万m^(3),引黄退水量为2774.6万m^(3),耗水系数计算为0.940。监测成果显示明渠退水日均接近1 m^(3)/s,大约占总提水的6%。 Jingdian water lifting irrigation area is the largest irrigation area in the Yellow River basin.There is measurement and test for water lifting,including measurement for branch canals and canals,but there is no measurement for irrigation area regression.Through this work,three drainage ditches were selected for section setting,water level measurement,basher water weir measurement,and measured.After more than a year's work,deducting the rainfall and urban industrial water retreat factors,the water retreat statistics were carried out,and then the water consumption coefficient of the irrigation area was calculated.According to the monitoring and analysis,in 2016,the total water diversion of the first and second phases of Jingdian Irrigation Area was 459.672 million m^(3),and the total water withdrawal at the three sites was 31.059 million m^(3).The water consumption coefficient of the open channel was calculated as 0.932.After deducting rainfall runoff and urban drainage,the reclaimed water from Yellow River was 3.313 million m^(3),and the reclaimed water from Yellow River was 27.746 million m^(3).The water consumption coefficient was calculated as 0.940.The monitoring results show that the daily water withdrawal of the open channel is close to 1 m^(3)/s,accounting for about 6%of the total water.
