廊坊市潮白河、北运河2020.08.12暴雨及洪水预报分析

摘要 受副热带高压外围暖湿气流和高空槽、高空低涡等气候因素的综合影响,2020年8月12日至13日廊坊市及上游北京城区发生了暴雨,北京城区下游的廊坊市北部潮白河、北运河发生洪水。根据此次暴雨情况,采用未考虑水利工程影响和采用水利工程影响两种方法分别进行洪水预报,对比分析两种预报结果,发现考虑水利工程影响的洪水预报精度更高,对廊坊市潮白河、北运河地区的防洪减灾具有指导作用。 Under the comprehensive influence of climate factors such as warm and humid airflow outside the subtropical high,upper trough and upper vortex,heavy rain occurred in Langfang City and upper Beijing City on August 12 solstice 13,2020.Flood occurred in Chaobai River and Beiyun River in the north of Langfang City in the lower reaches of Beijing City.According to the rainstorm situation,the two methods of flood prediction without considering the influence of water conservancy project and using the influence of water conservancy project are adopted respectively,and the comparison and analysis of the two forecasting results show that the flood prediction with the influence of water conservancy project considered is more accurate,which has a guiding role in flood control and disaster reduction of Chaobai River and Beiyun River in Langfang City.
