孙思邈对《金匮要略》胸痹治疗理念的发挥与创新

SUN Simiao's Exertion and Innovation of Treatment Concept of Thoracic Obstruction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber(金匮要略)

孙思邈是隋唐时期著名的医药学家,文章通过分析其著作《备急千金要方》中胸痹论治部分,发现其继承《金匮要略》胸痹治疗思想,且多有发挥与创新,治疗胸痹暗含从脾胃入手,心病治脾,补脾益心,并从气机升降角度分析其运用方药及针灸治疗胸痹的特点,结合后世传承与发挥进一步探析其治疗胸痹的思想。

SUN Simiao was a famous physician in Sui and Tang Dynasties.By analyzing the treatment of chest obstruction in his work Beiji Qianjin Yaofang(《备急千金要方》),it is found that SUN Simiao inherited the treatment of chest obstruction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber(《金匮要略》),and had more practice and innovation.The treatment of chest obstruction started from spleen and stomach,treating heart disease,tonifying spleen and benefiting heart and analyzing the characteristics of prescriptions and acupuncture from the perspective of Qi ascending and descending,combining with the inheritance and development of later generations.The author further explored his thought of treating chest obstruction.
