中药热庵包联合香砂六君子汤治疗慢性胃炎与泮托拉唑治疗的效果对比研究

Comparative Study of Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Reyanbao Combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction(香砂六君子汤)and Pantoprazole in Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨慢性胃炎患者中药热庵包联合香砂六君子汤治疗与泮托拉唑治疗的效果对比研究。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月住院就诊的慢性胃炎患者96例,随机分为两组,对照组服用泮托拉唑纯西药疗法治疗,研究组使用中药热庵包热熨与服用香砂六君子汤进行治疗。比较两组中医症状积分变化情况、治疗效果、不良反应。结果研究组治疗后食少纳呆、嗳气反酸、胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、乏力困倦、胸闷、口苦口干、胃中嘈杂、恶心呕吐等中医症状评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论与泮托拉唑纯西药治疗相比,慢性胃炎患者增加使用中药热庵包联合香砂六君子汤治疗更能显著改善患者临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,且中药治疗不良反应较少,患者耐药性较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the comparative study of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Reyaobao combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(香砂六君子汤) and pantoprazole in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Ninety-six patients with chronic gastritis who were hospitalized from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with pantoprazole.The study group was treated with Reganbao and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction.The changes of TCM symptom scores,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the study groups scores of eating less,belching acid reflux,stomach pain,abdominal fullness and fatigue,chest tightness,bitter mouth and dry mouth,stomach noisy,nausea and vomiting and other TCM symptom scores were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).After of treatment,the treatment effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with pantoprazole,traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis patients and improve the clinical treatment effect.It has low drug resistance and is worthy of clinical application.
