摘要
阐述原发性肺癌中医证型与预后因素相关性的研究近况。包括证型分布的各家学说,以及文献中各种客观预后因素与中医证型相关性的临床研究:具体分为临床分期、病理类型、肿瘤标志物等检验指标、手术化疗等治疗方法与中医证型相关性的临床研究。为客观化、规范化的中医辨证施治提供参考依据,为探索新的研究领域提供灵感和思路。
