中西医结合护理对提高肺癌化疗生活质量的效果

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Improving Quality of Life of Lung Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的研究分析中西医结合护理对提高肺癌化疗患者生活质量的效果。方法选择在医院2018年12月—2019年12月收治的100例肺癌化疗患者,将其随机分成两组,观察组50例,对照组50例。观察组给予中西医结合护理,对照组给予常规护理。观察两组肺癌化疗患者在接受相同时长的一段护理服务之后的生活质量情况。结果对照组的生活质量远远不如观察组,其中,观察组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、情感健康、心理健康等四个方面均优于对照组患者的生活质量量表结果。经过统计学软件的有效分析,对照组以及观察组的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理对肺癌化疗患者在生活质量方面有积极的作用,可以有效提高肺癌化疗患者的社会功能;患者在接受化疗过程中往往会存在一些社会功能障碍,护理人员给予中西医结合护理可以提高患者的治疗信心,抑制社会功能障碍情况反复发生;同时减少患者的化疗过程中的身体病痛,提高肺癌化疗患者的情感功能水平,保证患者可以实现部分或者完全的情绪控制;中西医结合护理中护理人员可以实现对肺癌化疗患者的心理安抚,同时由于减少疾病病痛以及并发症的发生,患者没有过多因素导致其自身心理问题,患者拥有更为健康的心理状态,中西医结合护理值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods Researchers selected 100 lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,and randomly divided them into two groups,50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group.The study group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing,and the control group was given conventional nursing.We observed the quality of life of the two groups after receiving the same period of nursing.Results The quality of life of the control group was far inferior to that of the study group.Among them,the four aspects including social function,physical function,emotional health and mental health of the patients in the study group were better than those of the control group.After effective analysis by statistical software,the difference between the control group and the study group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing has a positive effect on the quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and can effectively improve the social function of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Patients often have some social dysfunctions during chemotherapy.Nursing staff should provide integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.It can improve the patients’ confidence in treatment and suppress the recurrence of social dysfunction.At the same time,it can reduce the physical pain during chemotherapy,improve the emotional function and ensure that the patients can achieve partial or complete emotional control.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can achieve psychological comfort for patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer.At the same time,due to the reduction of disease pain and complications,patients have a healthier mental state.Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing is worthy of clinical promotion.
