循证护理联合艾灸在白血病化疗期间中心静脉置管诱发感染的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing Combined with Moxibustion on Central Venous Catheter Induced Infection in Leukemia Patients during Chemotherapy

目的研究探讨循证护理联合艾灸在白血病患者化疗期间中心静脉置管诱发感染的护理效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月医院收治的白血病化疗期间中心静脉置管诱发感染患者102例为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,各51例。对照组给予艾灸治疗,观察组采用循证护理干预联合艾灸治疗。对两组感染症状消退时间、生活质量评分、心理状态评分、护理满意度等进行统计比较。结果护理干预后观察组患者体温、白血病计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理联合艾灸在白血病患者化疗期间中心静脉置管诱发感染中的护理效果显著,能促进患者感染症状的消退,改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To study the nursing effect of evidence-based nursing combined with Moxibustion on patients with leukemia during chemotherapy induced by central venous catheter.Methods 102 cases of leukemia patients with central venous catheter-induced infection during chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing intervention combined with moxibustion.Results The body temperature,leukemia count and C-reactive protein(CRP) level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).the scores of hama-14 and HAMD-17 in the observation group were lower thancontrol group(P<0.05).the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was which was higher than of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of leukemia patients with central venous catheter-induced infection is significant,which can promote the regression of infection symptoms,improve the negative emotions of patients.
