健脾益肾方联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压肾病疗效及对炎症因子的影响

Effect of Jianpi Yishen Recipe(健脾益肾方)combined with Irbesartan on Hypertensive Nephropathy and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

目的探讨健脾益肾方联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效及对患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2020年1月医院收治的112例高血压肾病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组56例。两组均采用常规治疗,对照组给予厄贝沙坦片,联合组在对照组治疗基础上采用健脾益肾方治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月为1个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子、肾功能。结果联合组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后CRP,IL-6,TNF-ɑ水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后BUN,SCr水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压肾病患者采用健脾益肾方联合厄贝沙坦治疗,有效提高疗效,降低炎症反应,改善肾功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Recipe(健脾益肾方) combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy and its effect on the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 112 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,the control group was given irbesartan tablets,and the combination group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Recipe on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,renal function.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-ɑ in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of BUN and SCr in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with hypertensive nephropathy with Jianpi Yishen Recipe combined with irbesartan can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce inflammation,and improve renal function.
