龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染临床观察

Clinical Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)on Cervicitis Complicated with HPV Infection

目的分析龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染临床效果。方法选取医院2016年1月—2020年1月收治的60例宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,分为两组。对照组30例保妇康栓常规治疗,观察组30例龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、治疗前后白介素-6水平、不良反应发生率,HPV-DNA转阴时间和宫颈柱状上皮异位愈合时间。结果治疗前两组白介素-6水平比较(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白介素-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组HPV-DNA转阴时间和宫颈柱状上皮异位愈合时间,均短于对照组HPV-DNA转阴时间和宫颈柱状上皮异位愈合时间(P<0.01)。结论宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的治疗中,应用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗可显著提升治疗效果,降低白介素-6水平,缩短HPV-DNA转阴时间和宫颈柱状上皮异位愈合时间,促进患者病情康复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤) in the treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection.Methods Sixty patients with cervicitis and HPV infection who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.Thirty cases of the control group were treated with Baofukang Suppository,and 30 cases of the observation group were treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction.The therapeutic effects,interleukin-6 levels before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,HPV-DNA conversion time and cervical columnar epithelial ectopic healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of interleukin-6 between the two groups before treatment were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective ratein the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin-6 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of HPV-DNA conversion in the observation group and the healing time of cervical columnar epithelium were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cervicitis and HPV infection,the application of Longdan Xiegan Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of interleukin-6,shorten the time of HPV-DNA conversion and the healing time of cervical columnar epithelium,and promote the rehabilitation.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
