中医护理对肺癌晚期疼痛控制以及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Pain Control and Sleep Quality of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的分析中医护理对肺癌晚期患者疼痛控制以及睡眠质量的影响。方法在2015年12月—2020年12月收集医院诊治的63例肺癌晚期患者,随机分成研究组33例,对照组30例。研究组中医护理,对照组常规护理。观察两组的疼痛控制以及睡眠质量。结果对照组的疼痛控制程度低于研究组,对照组患者的简明疼痛量表评分高于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组的睡眠质量低于研究组,对照组的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表评分结果高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌晚期患者采用中医护理可改善生活质量,避免疾病以及治疗带来的疼痛程度加重,缓解疼痛情况的前提下进一步提高睡眠质量,此护理方式适用于肺癌晚期的临床推广,满足肺癌患者晚期的护理需求。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on pain control and sleep quality of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods From December 2015 to December 2020,63 patients with advanced lung cancer diagnosed and treated in the hospital were collected and randomly divided into a study group(33 cases) and a control group(30 cases).Traditional Chinese medicine nursing was used in the study group and routine nursing in the control group.We observed the pain control and sleep quality of the two groups.Results The degree of pain control in the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the concise pain scale score of the control group was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the control group was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine care for patients with advanced lung cancer can improve the quality of life,avoid the pain caused bythe disease andthe treatment,and further improve the quality of sleep while alleviating the pain,ensuring that the patient sleeps better.Thismethod is suitable for clinical promotion of patients with advanced lung cancer and meets the nursing needs.
