真武汤联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果及安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)Combined with Nitroglycerin in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的探讨真武汤和硝酸甘油结合治疗方法用在冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床效果和安全性。方法对医院治疗的60例冠心病心衰患者实行项目分析,选自2017年4月—2019年3月,分组法是随机双盲法,观察组(30例)行真武汤+硝酸甘油治疗,对照组(30例)行西药治疗,统计两组治疗有效计算率、不良反应计算率、治疗前及治疗两周后左室射血百分数及N末端脑钠肽(NTBNP)水平。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗两周后,观察组左室射血百分数、NTBNP水平比对于对照组数据值明显好转(P<0.05)。观察组治疗两周后左室射血百分数高于治疗前和对照组数据值(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心衰患者实行真武汤和硝酸甘油结合治疗的效果较好,可改善N末端脑钠肽(NTBNP)水平,不良反应少,存在临床治疗安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenwu decoction(真武汤) and nitroglycerin in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods Sixty cases of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital were selected from April 2017 to March 2019.The grouping method was a randomized double-blind method.The experimental group(30 cases) was treated with Zhenwu Decoction + nitroglycerin.The control group(30 cases)was treated with western medicine.The effective calculation rate,the calculation rate of adverse reactions and the percentage of left ventricular ejection before treatment and two weeks after treatment,and the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NTBNP) were counted.Results The effective calculation rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The calculated rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of left ventricular ejection and the NTBNP level in the experimental group after two weeks of treatment was significantly better than the control group data value(P<0.05).The percentage of left ventricular ejection after two weeks of treatment in the experimental group were higher than those before treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure combined with Zhenwu Decoction and nitroglycerin is better and can improve the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NTBNP).It has fewer adverse reactions and clinical safety.
