基于“双评价”的生态经济区划优化模型及应用--以海南岛为例 被引量:1

Eco-Economic Regionalization Optimization Model and Application Based on the Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity and Land Suitability Evaluation:A Case Study of Hainan Island

摘要 以地域分异理论为基础,因地制宜地进行生态经济分区,是实现生态经济复合系统协调运行的科学依据。据此,文章基于"资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价"的模型与方法,引入多要素空间叠置、系统聚类分析等方法,构建了以生态空间为强约束要素、发展空间为主导性要素,可承载性为限制性要素的生态经济区划指标体系,并涵盖3项模块层、9项准则层、27项指标因子的生态经济区划优化模型。以海南岛为例,运用生态经济区划优化模型,计算得到海南岛生态保护空间、生态优先空间、优化发展空间和重点发展空间分别占陆域总面积的22.38%、21.25%、26.48%和29.89%;综合考虑土地利用现状、行政区边界和发展格局进行边界修正,最终将海南岛划分为4个生态经济区和12个生态经济亚区,并提出相应发展对策。 Eco-economic regionalization is a geographical regionalization method based on the similarity and difference between different regions.It is the basis and premise of regional ecological environment and economic regionalization management.Based on the resources and environmental carrying and land suitability evaluation,the optimization model of eco-economic regionalization is constructed with ecological space as strong constraint factor,development space as dominant factor and suitability as restrictive factor,using multi-element spatial overlay analysis and systematic cluster analysis.Taking Hainan Island as an example,the conclusion is that Hainan Island's ecological protection space,ecological priority space,optimized development space and key development space are calculated to account for 22.38%,21.25%,26.48%and 29.89%of the total land area.Finally,Hainan Island is divided into 4 ecological economic zones and 12 ecological economic sub-zones,and corresponding development strategies are proposed.
