中国城市群包容性发展的综合测度及比较--基于我国18个城市群的数据分析

The Inclusive Development Measurement and the Comparison of Urban Agglomerations:A Data Analysis Based on 18 Urban Agglomerations in China

选择机会公平、空间协同、成果共享3个维度的28个指标,构建了我国城市群包容性发展综合测度指标体系,并运用因子分析法对我国18个城市群的包容性发展水平进行了综合评价。结果显示:2005-2015年,我国城市群包容性发展水平有所提升,但整体水平不高,且各城市群在3个维度上发展不平衡,表现出明显的时空异质性;我国城市群包容性发展的空间差异明显,呈现出"以长三角为中心"由东向西逐步递减的"圈层状"空间分布格局。

This paper takes three perspectives of inclusive development of urban agglomeration,opportunity equity,spatial coordination and achievement sharing to constitute a comprehensive evaluation index system for inclusive development of urban agglomerations of China,which contains 28 indicators.On the basis of this system,it applies factor analysis to measure and evaluate the inclusive development of urban agglomerations of China.The results show that the overall inclusive development of urban agglomerations in China has been improved during 2005 to 2015,but the level of inclusive development as a whole is not high and the development level of each urban agglomeration was unbalanced in three perspectives,showing obvious spatial and temporal heterogeneity.The inclusive development of urban agglomerations in China has obvious spatial differences,forming the spatial distribution pattern of"circle-like",that is gradually decreasing from east to west with"the Yangtze River Delta as the core".
