童年创伤对自杀风险的影响:神经质人格和抑郁的链式中介作用

The Effect of Childhood Trauma on Suicide Risk:The Chain Mediation of Neurotic Personality and Depression

自杀是我国大学生非正常死亡的首要原因,降低大学生自杀风险至关重要。为探讨童年创伤对大学生自杀风险的影响,以及神经质人格和抑郁在其中的作用机制,采用童年期创伤问卷、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版、贝克抑郁量表和自杀行为问卷对2687名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)童年创伤、神经质人格、抑郁及自杀风险间均呈显著正相关。(2)童年创伤通过三条路径影响自杀风险:一是神经质人格的单独中介作用;二是抑郁的单独中介作用;三是神经质人格—抑郁的链式中介作用。(3)链式中介这一中介路径的效果量最大。本研究结果提示,童年创伤与自杀风险的关系受神经质人格和抑郁的单独中介作用,以及神经质人格和抑郁的链式中介作用的影响。

Suicide is the major cause of abnormal death of undergraduate students in China.Reducing the suicide risk is a matter of urgency.To explore the impact of childhood trauma on suicide risk and its mechanism with neurotic personality and depression,a sample of 2687 undegraduate students was recruited to complete the Short Form of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised short Scale for Chinese,Beck Depression Inventory,and Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised.The results showed that:1)there are significant positive correlations among childhood trauma,neurotic personality,depression and suicide risk;2)childhood trauma affects suicide risk through three paths:the idependent mediation of neurotic personality,the idenpendent mediation of depression,and the chain mediation of neurotic personality and depression;3)the chain mediation path has the largest effect.The results suggest that the relationship between childhood trauma and suicide risk is affected by the idenpendent mediation of neurotic personality and depression respectively,and the chain mediation of neurotic personality and depression.
