基于重测序数据的湖羊产羔数性状全基因组关联分析

Genome-wide association studies on lambing number traits of genome resequencing data in Hu sheep

摘要 旨在利用全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study, GWAS)挖掘与湖羊繁殖性状相关的候选基因,解析湖羊高繁殖性状的遗传基础。本研究利用206只湖羊母羊的全基因二代重测序数据(群体平均测序深度为6×),结合第一胎产羔数、第二胎产羔数及2胎平均产羔数的表型性状,基于混合线性模型,并利用质控后的1 604 526个SNP标记进行全基因组关联分析。结果:未发现影响湖羊第一胎产羔数、第二胎产羔数和2胎平均产羔数的显著SNP位点,这可能与羊的繁殖性状是一种低遗传力性状、且受微效多基因控制有关。此外表明,本研究所使用的混合线性模型被验证是可信的。 Hu sheep is one of famous indigenous sheep breeds in China, which has excellent reproductive characteristics, such as early sexual maturity, two births per year, and multiple lambs per birth. The purpose of this study was to use the method of genome wide association study(GWAS) to identify candidate genes related to the reproductive traits of Hu sheep and to explain the genetic basis of the high reproductive traits of Hu sheep. The genome-wide resequencing data(the average sequencing depth is 6×) of 206 female Hu sheep were used, combined with the lambing number traits of the first birth, the second birth and the average lambing number of the two births, based on a mixed linear model, and using 1 604 526 SNP markers after quality control, to carry out genome-wide association analysis. The GWAS results showed that no significant SNP sites related to lambing number traits were identified, which might be due to the low heritability trait controlled by some minor genes. Besides, the mixed linear model used in this study was confirmed to be reliable.
