基于16S rDNA扩增子测序技术分析四川省奶牛乳房炎乳汁中微生物菌落多样性 被引量:3

Analysis of microbial colony diversity in the milk of mastitis dairy cows based on the 16S rDNA amplification technique

摘要 为了掌握四川省部分地区奶牛乳房炎致病微生物的主要流行趋势,为针对性地使用抗生素治疗和防控奶牛乳房炎提供科学依据,本研究利用16S rDNA扩增子测序技术对四川成都市、眉山市、凉山州3地区的10家养殖场的奶牛乳房炎乳汁和正常乳汁微生物菌群多样性进行比较分析。结果表明:本地调查的正常奶牛乳汁与患乳房炎奶牛乳汁中无乳链球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、化脓隐秘菌、绿色气球菌分布丰度存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而金黄色葡萄球菌无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由此可见四川省部分地区奶牛乳房炎流行的主要致病菌为无乳链球菌,而非金黄色葡萄球菌;环境致病菌以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、化脓隐秘菌、绿色气球菌为主。 This study was to grasp the main epidemic trend of pathogenic microorganisms of mastitis in dairy cows in some dairy farms in Sichuan Province, so as to provide scientific basis for the targeted use of antibiotics in treatment of the disease and to facilitate prevention and control of the disease. Using the 16 S rDNA amplification technique, we compared and analyzed the microbial diversity differences between the milk of mastitis-inflicted cows and that of normal cows;the samples were collected from 10 cow farms in Chengdu City, Meishan City and Liangshanzhou Prefecture. The results showed that Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcus pettenkoferi, Trueperella pyogenes and Aerococcus viridans in the normal milk and mastitis milk had a significant difference(P<0.05) in distribution and abundance, but Staphylococcus aureus had no significant difference(P>0.05). It follows that the prevalent strains of cow mastitis in Sichuan were Streptococcus agalactiae, instead of Staphylococcus aureus, and the environmental pathogens were mainly Staphylococcus pettenkoferi, Trueperella pyogenes and Aerococcus viridans.
